Abu Dhabi, including Al Ain

The Abu Dhabi guide covers projects in the emirate. Identify whether the destination is Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain or elsewhere, then provide the building or community, street and receiving contact. A head-office address is not enough if the pod will be installed at another site. Include any estate or facilities instructions with the actual installation address.

Dubai

For DIFC, Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Internet City or another Dubai address, name the building, floor and unit as well as the district. Ask the building team about contractor entry, goods-lift bookings and delivery hours. For a workplace near Dubai International Airport, provide the receiving address and the site’s access instructions rather than the airport name alone.

Sharjah and Ajman

Sharjah has its own city guide. For either emirate, record the actual service entrance, any shared loading area and the route to the final room. A Sharjah address and an Ajman address should remain separate in a multi-site order, even where the same model is selected. Confirm the access information for each premises before coordinating assembly.

• Sharjah

Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah

Both emirates are part of our UAE coverage. Give the community or business-area name together with the full address and receiving contact. For a managed commercial or industrial site, include the site’s own contractor-entry instructions. Check whether components can be unloaded near the office or need internal movement across the premises. The final route and schedule are assessed for the address.

Fujairah

For a Fujairah workplace, include the exact destination rather than a Dubai correspondence address. Record vehicle access, unloading, any lift or stair route and the final room. Keep the receiving appointment with the full delivery plan. A project on a managed site may have its own entry process, which should be supplied by the site team rather than assumed from the emirate name.

The same six-model range can support calls, focused work and small-group meetings across the UAE. Use the configurator’s AED prices and selected options, and include the destination when reviewing the complete project. Keep the pod indoors and check the surrounding room conditions, power and ventilation arrangement with your facilities team. Building access and any permissions remain specific to the proposed installation; a freestanding pod does not remove the need for that review.
