Changing your configuration
Contact us as soon as you need a change. We check the production stage and any effect on cost, compatibility or delivery. A requested change takes effect once confirmed in writing.
Cancelling an order
Cancellation eligibility and any charges depend on the accepted written terms and work already committed. Review these with the quotation before payment; there is no blanket cancellation window stated on this page.
Requesting a return
Contact FocusPod with the order reference and reason before sending anything back. Eligibility, the return location, packing requirements and transport or handling arrangements are agreed for the specific order.
Damage, missing parts or an incorrect item
Photograph the issue and packaging, keep the delivery details and contact the team promptly. Product concerns and delivery issues are assessed separately from a change-of-mind request.
