1. Build your configuration
Choose the model, quantity, finishes, furniture and accessories. USD planning prices help you compare options. A saved configuration is not an accepted order, a price reservation or a confirmed delivery date.
2. Review the complete quotation
Your United Arab Emirates enquiry brings the selection and destination together. The written quote specifies the items supplied, payable currency, freight, applicable duties and taxes, installation scope and expected delivery window.
3. Check the order terms
Review the seller's legal details, quote validity, payment schedule, change and cancellation conditions, return arrangements and five-year structural and electrical warranty terms. This process guide is not a substitute for those documents.
4. Approve the confirmed order
Use the payment request issued for the approved order. Changes to the configuration, address or installation scope need a revised agreement. This enquiry flow does not collect payment.
5. Keep one project record
Retain the specification, accepted quote, invoice and delivery and installation records together. Confirm changes in writing so the supplied configuration and receiving team work from the same information.
