Put the tower or site details in the first brief
Send the building name, district, floor, unit, service entrance and receiving contact. For a tower or managed business district, ask the facilities team to identify the delivery appointment, goods lift, contractor access and documents required for the visit.
If the premises is in a free zone or managed community, name it in the enquiry. Requirements can differ by premises and authority; do not treat a Dubai-wide delivery statement as a completed site-access approval.
Confirm access with the premises team
DMCC publishes access-services guidance for work at its premises. For a DMCC office, use the current guidance with the building or company contact to identify what applies to the installation visit. For other destinations, obtain the appropriate instructions from the relevant premises team.
Record the agreed receiving point, internal movement and assembly area before arrival. Send any required access information early enough for it to be included in the delivery and installation plan.
Specify the indoor conditions and meeting equipment
FocusPods are indoor only. Review the office air-conditioning conditions, ventilation, power and any compatible cooling option alongside the intended session length. Ventilation within a pod is not a promise of independent room cooling.

Can I visit a FocusPod showroom?
FocusPod does not operate showrooms. Review the model information and send your requirements to the team to discuss the configuration and project.
Are these outdoor office pods?
No. Every FocusPod is for indoor use. The proposed position must be inside a suitable existing building.
