Are the front and rear both glass?
Yes. Every FocusPod has glass at both the front and rear. Standard glass is clear. Optional PDLC privacy glass can be selected for the front only or for both the front and rear.
Can I move the pod once it is installed?
Yes. Every FocusPod has built-in wheels and adjustable levelling feet. Raise the feet to move the pod on its wheels, then lower and adjust them to level the pod in its new position.
How do I start an order?
Configure your pod and send a project enquiry. We review the specification, delivery requirements and complete quotation before you approve and pay. Saving a configuration or sending an enquiry is not an accepted order and does not reserve production capacity.
Are the displayed prices in AED?
Displayed prices are AED prices. Your enquiry records United Arab Emirates as the destination and lets you request a preferred quotation currency. The written quotation confirms the payable currency, full price and scope before payment.
How is my pod supplied?
Your pod is made to the configuration you approve and supplied directly to your workplace. We bring the production, freight and destination arrangements together in your project quotation.
Is the approximately four-week lead time guaranteed?
No. It is an indicative made-to-order lead time. Your quotation confirms the expected production, shipping and delivery schedule. Custom specifications, freight and site readiness can affect it.
Will duties, taxes and delivery be included?
Yes. Your quotation includes delivery as its own line, with everything taken care of, so there’s nothing to pay on arrival.
Can I choose colours and furniture?
Yes. Explore the exterior and interior palette, compatible furniture and optional upgrades in the 3D configurator. Some selections add to the subtotal. Custom requests and final compatibility are confirmed in your approved specification; the 3D view is illustrative.
Can I include several pods?
Yes. Add different configurations and quantities to the project cart. Your enquiry carries the combined selection so delivery sequencing and installation can be reviewed together. Any agreed project savings appear in the written quotation.
Can I include installation?
Request installation in your configuration. Availability, timing, access requirements and the final cost are checked for the delivery address. The configurator amount remains a planning allowance until the scope is confirmed in your quotation.
What warranty is included?
Your FocusPod includes five years of structural and electrical warranty coverage. Written terms confirm covered components, conditions, the claims process and service arrangements. For support, contact the team with your order reference and clear photos.
What information helps you quote my project?
Share your models, quantities, United Arab Emirates delivery address, preferred timing and installation needs. Add a floor plan or access description when possible. Provide the emirate, building name, street or location reference, floor and unit. Include loading-bay access, goods-lift details and any delivery booking or access permits. A postcode is not required for this enquiry.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Yes. Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm combo in the configurator. It is priced per pod and included in your configuration total when selected. Your building manager may request it as part of approving the pod for your space; the equipment, building-system connections and installation scope are confirmed for your site.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
