Include the full address, district or city, building name and receiving contact. Abu Dhabi city and Al Ain are distinct destinations, so the quotation and installation schedule should identify the actual premises rather than only the emirate.
For a campus, gated site or managed district, name the receiving gate and the building where the pod will be installed. Ask the premises team about contractor onboarding and access appointments.
Agree the receiving and installation responsibilities
Identify the unloading point, route into the building, goods-lift details and indoor staging area. Confirm who will receive the shipment and who can resolve access questions on the day.
