Every model, priced

These are the prices you will see in the configurator, for the pod itself. Furniture packages and installation are separate lines so you can see exactly what each part costs rather than working backwards from one bundled figure.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at greater than 29 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.

What changes your final figure

Four things move the number between the table above and your written quotation. The model and its footprint. The furniture arrangement you choose, which is what turns a shell into a usable room. Optional extras such as switchable privacy glass, air conditioning, a glass whiteboard or an access control panel. And the installation scope for your building, because a ground-floor unit with direct access and a tower floor reached through one service lift on a booked delivery window are genuinely different projects.

Send us the emirate, building name, floor and unit, along with the loading bay, service lift details and any access permits the building requires. We will build that into the quotation rather than discovering it on delivery day. Freight, duties and any applicable tax sit outside the pod price and are confirmed on the quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

A pod against a fit-out

The usual alternative is building the room: partitions, a door, changes to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, and an approval process before any of it starts. Depending on where your office sits, drawings may need to go to the free zone authority, Dubai Municipality, the Dubai Development Authority or Trakhees, and the work usually has to be carried out by a contractor registered to work in that building. Time and professional cost go into the approval before the first partition is delivered.

A FocusPod is furniture. It is not attached to the building, it does not alter the premises, it runs from a standard socket, and it moves with you if you change buildings. Requirements differ by premises and by authority, so confirm the position with your building management rather than treating any general statement, including this one, as an approval.

The tax position

Under UAE corporate tax, a pod bought for the business is a capital asset whose cost is deductible through depreciation over its useful life, in line with your accounting treatment.
