A six-person office pod is an enclosed acoustic meeting space installed inside an existing building. The FocusPod Max starts at $14,995 ex GST. Furniture and professional installation are optional extras. At the starting price, the Max is approximately $2,500 per seat before furniture and installation. Allow space for the pod, door swing and circulation; the footprint alone does not establish whether it fits your workplace. Compare the four-person Meet if most meetings are smaller.

How big is a six-person pod?
The dimensions listed here are 2600 × 2605 × 2338 mm externally, with 2462 × 2565 mm of floor inside and 2146 mm of internal height. The pod footprint is about 6.77 m². Confirm the drawing for your selected configuration and allow additional space for doors, circulation and delivery access.
Will my floor take a six-person pod?
The Max has a net pod weight of 852 kg and a packed freight weight of 970 kg. Packed weight includes packaging and is not an assembled configuration range. Ask your building manager or structural engineer to assess the net pod, furniture, occupants and support locations against the floor capacity at the proposed position. Dividing the weight by the footprint alone does not confirm floor suitability.
Is a six-person pod cheaper than building a meeting room?
Compare complete project quotes rather than the pod price alone. The result depends on the fitout design, existing services, furniture, installation and lease requirements. A pod may offer relocation flexibility, but the route and reassembly requirements still need planning.
Can you fit a screen in a six-person pod?
A screen can be considered as part of the configuration. Tell us its size, weight and connection requirements so we can confirm a suitable mounting arrangement, power access and any cabling needed.
How does ventilation work with six people inside?
The Max’s listed ventilation range is 0–327 m³/h. Confirm the airflow, controls and operating settings for your selected configuration. Ventilation is different from air conditioning, so also consider the surrounding room temperature, meeting duration and any cooling options.
Is the Max an outdoor office pod?
No. The Max is an indoor acoustic office pod intended for use inside an existing building. It is not a weatherproof garden office or outdoor cabin.

Check the proposed floor position, ceiling height, door swing, access route and lift dimensions. Confirm any building-management, local-authority, fire-safety or electrical requirements for the installation. Share the site details when requesting your quote.
