Your office pod delivery checklist
Use this checklist once you have a proposed configuration and delivery address. Bring together the receiving contact, access bookings, handling arrangements and final site checks before a shipment is booked. The delivery guide explains the quotation and freight process; this page helps you prepare for the agreed delivery.
The correct delivery details
Provide the emirate, building name, street or location reference, floor and unit. Include loading-bay access, goods-lift details and any delivery booking or access permits. A postcode is not required for this enquiry. Include a receiving contact who understands the arrangements and can be reached on the day.
A route that has been checked
Record the loading point, handling route, lift size and load limit, door widths, turns and final floor location. Share restrictions early, including after-hours access or special lifting requirements.
One written scope
Delivery and unloading are handled by us. Choose installation and we assemble the pod in its final position.
The space ready to receive
Confirm the position, available power, access bookings and the person coordinating the installer. Keep the receiving and installation arrangements aligned with the agreed delivery window.
A careful receiving record
Inspect packaging and accessible components, photograph visible issues and note them with the carrier. Keep the packing and delivery details while the shipment is checked. Contact FocusPod with the order reference if parts are missing, damaged or different from the agreed configuration.
