Access & placement review
We confirm access routes, doorway widths, lifts, stairs, loading bays and the final placement location before dispatch to avoid surprises on delivery day.
Delivery to site
Pods are delivered to your site by experienced freight partners. Timing is coordinated in advance to minimise disruption.
Installation (if selected)
Where installation is included, pods are assembled and positioned on-site according to the agreed layout and access plan.
Typical lead times
- Production: around 4 weeks (manufactured to your specification)
- Delivery: typically 1–2 weeks (Dubai / UAE location dependent)
Lead times may vary depending on model, configuration and access conditions. We’ll confirm timelines with you before production begins and coordinate delivery scheduling in advance.
What to prepare before delivery
- Clear access routes from entry point to final location
- Confirmed corridor/doorway widths and tight turns
- Lift dimensions and weight limits (if applicable)
- Stair access details if applicable
- Ceiling height and floor conditions at final placement
- Power availability near final placement
- Building management approvals, security access, loading bay bookings, or site induction requirements (if required)
